PERMITS

Whether it's brush clearing or adding a fence, building a retaining wall or putting in a storage shed, it is necessary to apply for a permit from the ACC prior to being work.  By applying for a permit you avoid running astray or the Rules and Covenants established for Clearwood, which can result in some hefty fines.  To get started, stop by the Clearwood office and the staff there will be happy to provide you with the necessary forms.
