 Dear Member:

   We are in the process of auditing our gate card system.  Eight cards is the maximum number available to each membership lot.  We are doing our best to locate and cancel lost or stolen cards or cards that have been given out to people over the years which you wish to have cancelled.  For your information there appears to be quite a few cards in the hands of non-members who are not guests.

   Check the cards currently in your possession, and click on Gate Card Audit Form to get a copy of  this letter with space to record your gate cards and  return to the office by December 1, 2010. Any card number not provided to the office will be shut off.  As of January 1, 2011 the projected gate card fee will be $10.00 per card.
