If you have a lost dog or cat, please bring your flyer which should be a half sheet of 8x11 paper to be signed so it can go on the bulletin boards.  Signs on the gates or mailboxes are not allowed according to the CC&R's.

Who let the cats & dogs out?

Most of the pet-related problems can be resolved if some pet owners would be conscientious in controlling their pets and eliminate the need for the association to address this as an issue. We have received a great number of complaint calls have to do with pets in some way or another. Either they are noisy, off-leash or nasty. Pet owners are not picking up their dog’s feces. Pet owners are letting their cats roam the community, going onto neighbor’s property and allowing their cats to breed indiscriminately. Before it causes feuds to break out among otherwise reasonable people, sort of a “pistols at dawn” kind of thing, let’s exercise a bit of common sense.

Here's a suggestion. How about trying the four “K's”?

K-eep your cats indoors.

K-eep your dogs on a leash.

K-eep pets reasonably quiet so they don't disturb your neighbors.

K-lean up after your pets. (OK…so we cheated a little on that last “K”)

Thank you,
