KEEP CLEARWOOD LOOKING BEAUTIFUL

In addition to keeping your home and lot free of messes, PLEASE take your garbage containers in after pickup.  Several members are leaving them out all week or thrown against the front of the garage.  Out lots are small and homes take up most of their area, therefore, anything left laying around is especially distracting and violates the Protective Covenants.

     NO SHOOTING

Clearwood is a designated fire arms control area. Use and discharging of fire arms or bows and arrows within Clearwood is strictly prohibited by Thurston County ordinance (a copy is on file in CCA office). Besides the county penalties, Clearwood's fine is $100.00.

MOTORIZED SCOOTERS

According to the Rules and Regulations of Clearwood, found in paragraph E of J. Vehicle and Traffic Regulations: "Operation of non-licensed motor vehicles, except wheel-chairs, is prohibited within Clearwood." We cannot afford to have little people, especially, running over our roads in go-carts, hot bikes, scooters and other non-licensed things.  There is a $50 fine. Please make your children and guests aware of this so that a violation will not be placed against them.  Thank you.

Please be careful of the children.

SATELLITE DISHES

All satellite dishes must have a permit before installing.  This permit can be obtained at the office and there is no cost to you.  These dishes cannot be put on community property.
