Community Property:  

   This committee will review the condition of our community properties and, with board approval, select specific areas to help in the maintenance and enhancement of these areas and amenities. They bring their own shovels, rakes, etc. They have planned monthly activities (weather permitting).

Lakes:

   Approximately six month of the year, we work on and about the three lakes (Horseshoe, Blue and Clear Lake).  Our committee cleans the beaches, repairs docks, attempts to control the weeds, runs the Annual Fishing Derby, stocks fish in Blue and Horseshoe Lakes and keeps a monthly record of the lakes during the Spring and Summer. We meet in small groups             (those available) several times a month to control the aquatic weeds. During the Winter months, our meetings will include updating our knowledge on all the means to control aquatic weeds, and improving the general health of our lakes.  We are required to work hand in hand with the Departments of Ecology and Fish & Wildlife.

MEETING TIME:    2nd Saturday of each month at 9:30am at the Clearwood Office or work site
