Functions of this committee include:

                                                    1.  Examining and planning beyond the five-year-plan
                                                    2. Planning for new amenities in Clearwood
                                                    3. Planning for replacement of existing equipment and facilities
                                                    4. Work with other committees to shape plans

                      Currently, this committee is focused on developing replacement structures for the trail restrooms,
                      cabana/picnic shelters and the beach restrooms/dressing rooms.
