This committee is composed of 4 or more members, appointed by the Board of Directors to provide
      continuity in the processing and enforcing of the Protective Covenants, By-Laws and Rules and Regulations
      of the Association. 

           MEETING TIME:      Every Thursday at 9:30am at Clearwood Office

           BOARD LIAISON:    Arlene Schaffer

            You are volunteering to join a "pool" of members who will be chosen at random to serve on quarterly
            Violation Review Panels to listen to appeals of members who have been fined for alleged violations of
            our Covenants, By-Laws and Rules and Regulations AND to weigh that information against the Reports of
            Violation and the witnesses to those reports.

           MEETING TIME:  Two times a year
