The primary responsibility of the Architectural Control Committee is to approve the building and landscaping plans of each lot owner prior to any action by the lot owner, in accordance with the Building restrictions according to our Governing Documents.
A team of ACC members meets every Wednesday at 9:00 am to do site visits relating to permits and permit requests. ACC meets on the first Thursday of every month 6:30pm at the Clearwood office.
