Architectural Control Committee

The primary responsibility of the Architectural Control Committee is to approve the building and landscaping plans of each lot owner prior to any action by the lot owner, in accordance with the Building restrictions according to our Governing Documents. Permits are reviewed by staff and recommendations made to the committee, which issues the permits.

Meeting Times:
A team of ACC members meets every Friday at 11:00 am to do site visits relating to permits and permit requests.
