Finance Committee


The primary responsibility of the Finance Committee is to assist the Board of Directors of CCA in regards to all financial matters. In particular, annual budget development, cost reduction, collections, reviewing expenditures and making recommendations for the investment and use of Reserve Funds.

The Finance Committee also works with Reserve Fund planning to ensure that the Water Reserve and General Reserve Funds are necessary and sufficient.

Meeting Times:

The Finance Committee meets the first and third Monday of every month at 5:30pm at the Clearwood Office.  NOTE: Meetings currently being held via Zoom.
