Patrol – Emergency Services

 

Purpose:

The primary responsibility of the Clearwood Patrol is to advise and assist the Board of Directors of CCA in regards to matters of security and safety. The Patrol is a volunteer group of members, who in effect serve as the eyes and ears of the Thurston County Sheriff Department and Fire Protection District in keeping with the governing documents.

The primary responsibility of the Emergency Services Committee is to assist the Board of Directors of CCA and the maintenance staff, during non-working hours, in regards to making emergency repairs or facilitating traffic conditions, and monitoring Clearwood emergency after-hours messages.

 


 

Meeting Times:

Patrol – Emergency Services Committee meets on the first and third Wednesday of every month at 7:00pm at the Clearwood office.
